The most recent closing in this batch is 383 Forest Lane, which sold Sept. 15 for $683,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,612 square feet of living space on a 1.13-acre lot, at $261.49 per square foot.
45 Brewster Road, Unit B sold Sept. 14 for $220,000. The two-bedroom, one-bath condo offers 865 square feet, at $254.34 per square foot.
360 Griswold St. sold Sept. 11 for $412,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home spans 1,576 square feet on a 0.35-acre lot, at $261.42 per square foot.
The top price of the five belongs to 152 Chase Hollow Lane, also sold Sept. 11, for $785,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,607 square feet on a 0.74-acre lot, at $301.11 per square foot.
Also closing Sept. 11, 146 Cambridge Drive sold for $580,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home offers 1,749 square feet on a 0.59-acre lot, at $331.62 per square foot — the highest per-square-foot price of the five, despite not the highest sale price.
What this says about the Glastonbury market: Three of the five sales in this batch clustered within a few dollars per square foot of each other, between $254 and $261, while Chase Hollow Lane and Cambridge Drive both broke well above that range, at $301.11 and $331.62 per square foot — the latter without even being the top total sale price.
