GLASTONBURY, CT — A 23-year-old Glastonbury man is not only accused of supplying an underage girl alcohol, but sexually assaulting her when she was in no condition to consent, an arrest report says.
Daniel Sullivan Treadway was arrested via a warrant on Oct. 15, police said. He has been charged with second-degree sexual assault involving a victim who is unable to consent, supplying alcohol to a minor and second-degree reckless endangerment, according to arrest records.
Court records show he is being held in a $300,000 bond with a return to Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 30. He was arraigned on a $50,000 bond totaling less, police records show.
The girl was known to Treadway, a warrant indicates.
