Apartments Evacuated in Glastonbury After Crew Hits Gas Line
Road closures were in place Wednesday after after a gas line broke in Glastonbury.

GLASTONBURY, CT – Residents of Glastonbury's Addison Mill Apartments were evacuated Wednesday morning after a construction crew hit a gas line in the area, police said.
As a result of the accident, stretches of road between the Addison Road-Hebron Avenue and Addison-Eastern Boulevard interchanges were closed, police said.
Crews were at the scene working on the broken gas line, police said.

Delays lasted through the morning commute and police could not give a timetable for normal traffic flow to resume.
