Apartments Proposed for Glastonbury's Somerset Square Area
A holding company has been formed by the potential developer.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A developer has proposed luxury apartments to fill the remaining vacancies at Somerset Square, the Hartford Courant reported.
Claremont Companies of Bridgewater, MA has formed a holding company called 75 Glastonbury Land LLC for the project, according to the story.
There is an empty parcel to the west of the McDonald's on Main Street.
