GLASTONBURY, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

College of Saint Rose, Albany NY

• Congratulations to Rachel Abbatiello of Glastonbury for being named to the fall 2018 Dean's List at The College of Saint Rose. Full-time undergraduate students who complete a minimum of 12 graded credit hours, and who achieve a semester average of 3.5 with no D, F, or Incomplete grade, are eligible for the Dean's List.

Emmanuel College, Boston MA

• In honor of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College in Boston has named more than 700 students to the Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester. Glastonbury students honored are Charlotte Barton and Tristan Gervais. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

James Madison University, Harrisonburg VA

• Hannah Graf and Shane Mack, both of Glastonbury, made the dean's list for the fall 2018 session. Students who earn dean's list honors must be considered by the registrar to be carrying a full time course load of graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899.

SUNY Oswego, Oswego NY

• Megan Campbell of Glastonbury, a sophomore majoring in theatre, earned Deans' List recognition at SUNY Oswego for the fall 2018 semester. Campbell was among SUNY Oswego students who received a grade point average of 3.3 to 3.79. Oswego students receiving a GPA of 3.8 to 4.0 earn President's List recognition.

University of Hartford, West Hartford CT

• The University of Hartford is pleased to announce 14 students from Glastonbury have been named to the Dean's List for fall 2018. They are Briana Aquillo, Colin Binette, Aaron Burleson, Anna Cronin, Xavier Gill, Andrew Goldstein, Joseph Hayes, Alexander Kaminski, Sarah Leclair, Jason Wagner, Jackie Flock, Vincent Pecorelli , Elena Ulisse and Lauren Wullner.
