Arrest Made In Glastonbury Wintertime Car Burglary Spree

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police have made an arrest in connection with a wintertime car burglary spree in town.

According to an arrest report, Michael Ashlund, 19, of Plainville, was picked up by local police in his hometown via a warrant and transferred to the GPD, where he was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary with five related conspiracy charges, single counts of fifth-and fourth-degree larceny, two counts of sixth-degree larceny and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.

The crimes were committed in December, according to an arrest report.
