BAKE Market Opens in Glastonbury
Second location for popular bakery/cafe with plenty of gluten-free options.
BAKE Market, known for its fresh bread, pastries, coffee, chef-prepared meals, and tons of gluten-free options, opened their doors in the former LaPiastra space on Hebron Ave. BAKE Market is excited to be a part of the Glastonbury community with its second location at 63 Hebron Ave Suite G, Glastonbury, CT 06033. The new location extends the reach of BAKE Market’s popular offerings from its original Rocky Hill site, bringing high-quality, convenient, and delicious food options to the Glastonbury community.
Founded by Bryce and Kerri Hardy, the dynamic duo behind the award-winning restaurant The Charles in Old Wethersfield, BAKE Market continues to impress with its dedication to excellence and community. Bryce and Kerri’s passion for food and hospitality is evident in every product offered, from the artisanal bread and delectable pastries to the perfectly brewed coffee and refreshing iced drinks.
The new Glastonbury location will operate Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m., and Sundays 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

In addition to its signature baked goods and beverages, BAKE Market offers salads, sides, soups, desserts and their chef-prepared entrees, designed to heat and eat, providing a convenient and delicious solution for busy families and professionals. These meals are served individual or family style in the Grab n Go cases, including a variety of dishes such as Street Corn Salad, Coq Au Vin, Kalua Pork, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, Baked Pasta and Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, and always the crowd pleaser - Baked Mac and Cheese.
BAKE Market also offers Express Catering (with a 24-hour advance notice) as well as full-service catering options. BAKE will be accepting orders online as well as offering delivery in the coming weeks.
