Ben & Jerry's Celebrating Free Cone Day With 2 North Central Connecticut Locations

GLASTONBURY, CT — Ben & Jerry's is giving away ice cream next week on Free Cone Day.

There is a Ben & Jerry's located at 41 Hebron Avenue in Glastonbury.

North central Connecticut ice cream lovers can also head to the South Windsor location at The Shops at Evergreen Walk.

"Every year, we celebrate Free Cone Day at Scoop Shops around the globe, sharing the love with free cups and cones of your favorite Ben & Jerry's flavors," the company said on its website.

Free Cone Day is Tuesday, April 14, one day before the deadline to file federal income tax returns.

"It's our way of saying thank you for being the best fans ever," Ben & Jerry's said.

"There's no catch and no fine print — just visit your nearest Scoop Shop on April 14 and grab a free scoop of your favorite flavor on us," Ben & Jerry's said. "We can't wait to see you."

Ben & Jerry's has more than a dozen locations across the Bay State.

Other Connecticut location are in Canton, West Hartford and Montville.
