Bootcamp Barre = Barre Fitness on Steroids
Lauren will take you through a warm up and calorie-burning cardio session leading into
50 minutes of circuit training – all Barre class-related exercises. We’ll end with some
Mat work, stretching and relaxation with a mini-spa experience. Tools utilized in this
will class include the Barre, light weights, bands, weighted bars, and exercise balls.
Previous Barre class experience is not essential.Indoor sneakers are suggested, but not necessary.
