Burglar Found Hiding Under Work Bench at Glastonbury Home
Glastonbury police found a burglar under a work bench at a local home.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A burglar was caught hiding under a work bench at a Glastonbury home Monday morning and was subsequently charged, a police report indicates.
Police interrupted the burglary at 7:20 a.m. after being alerted, according to a report.
Officers first checked the outside of the Bayberry Road home, then the inside. Police then located Gregory Pancavage, 23, of Glastonbury in the basement hiding under the bench, according to a report.

He was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass, police said. He was held on a $20,000 bond and was to appear in court later Monday, according to a report.
