Campus Highlights For Glastonbury College Students

GLASTONBURY, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Becker College, Worcester MA

• Charles Sacco, of Glastonbury, has been named to the Becker College Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. Sacco is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science. The Dean's List recognizes all full-time students (24 or more credit hours earned for the academic year; 12 minimum each semester - September through May) whose term grade point average is 3.50 or higher with no grade below a B- and no incomplete (I) or withdrawal/failing (WF) grades.

Lasell College, Newton MA

• Lasell College honored the Class of 2019 at the institution's 165th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 11, 2019. The ceremony took place on the College's Taylor Field and recognized a record number of graduate and undergraduate degree recipients. Corinne Ciraldo of South Glastonbury graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Fashion and Retail Merchandising.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Seven students from Glastonbury have been named to the spring 2019 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester. Honorees from Glastonbury are Tyler Andrade, William Ebersold, Alexa Kapelewski, Amanda Naylor, Christopher Reichart, Gillian Snyder and Nicholas Yacovone.

Siena College, Loudonville NY

• Jeska Guirguis was named to the Siena College President's List for the spring 2019 semester. Guirguis is from Glastonbury. The President's List requires a 3.9 grade point average or higher.
