Car Parked In Middle Of Main Street In Glastonbury Leads To DUI Charge
A driver was arrested after he was located in a parked car in the middle of Main Street in Glastonbury, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 43-year-old Hartford man was charged with driving under the influence late last week after Glastonbury police located a car parked in the middle of Main Street.
According to an arrest report, at 6:18 p.m. last Thursday, Glastonbury Police received several calls about a vehicle parked on the 2100 block of Main Street with no lights on.
Officers responded to the scene, determined the driver was intoxicated and arrested him, according to a report.

In addition to the drunken driving charge, the man was charged with improper parking.
He posted a $30,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on March 8, records show.
