College Students From Glastonbury Achieve Milestones

GLASTONBURY, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CT

• Four student-athletes from Glastonbury are on fall rosters at CCSU. They are seniors Ivy Milne (women's swimming), Roberto Piotto (men's cross country) and Jake Schena (football), as well as freshman Kacey Rolfe (women's soccer).

Fairfield University, Fairfield CT

• Florencia Caces of Glastonbury is a member of the Stags' women's rowing team this fall. A freshman, she is a graduate of Glastonbury High School.

Quinnipiac University, Hamden CT

• Three student-athletes on fall rosters at Quinnipiac are from Glastonbury. Junior Griffin Scaglia and freshman Andrew Sullivan are on the men's soccer team, and senior Sara Wilcox runs on the women's cross country. All three are graduates of Glastonbury High School.

Sacred Heart University, Fairfield CT
