Company Moving to Glastonbury After Building Sale
A company is moving to Glastonbury after a building sale.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The sale of a commercial building in Glastonbury has paved the way for an HVAC and plumbing supply company to relocate to town, the seller said Tuesday.
Pearce Real Estate announced the transaction through its Rocky Hill commercial office.
The purchase price for 155-157 Oak Street, a 5,491-square-foot, free-standing office building on .45 acres of land, was $770,000.

Virginia Vinci of t Real Estate Commercial represented the buyer, DCR Realty LLC. The Seller, Seaholm LLC, was represented by Rocco Gondek of The Gondek Group, Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties.
The property is slated to be the new home of The BellSimons Companies' corporate office, currently located in Hartford. BellSimons has been in business for more than 75 years and works with contractors on HVAC and plumbing supply issues.
