Pearce Real Estate announced the transaction through its Rocky Hill commercial office. The purchase price for 155-157 Oak Street, a 5,491-square-foot, free-standing office building on .45 acres of land, was $770,000. Virginia Vinci of t Real Estate Commercial represented the buyer, DCR Realty LLC. The Seller, Seaholm LLC, was represented by Rocco Gondek of The Gondek Group, Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties.The property is slated to be the new home of The BellSimons Companies' corporate office, currently located in Hartford. BellSimons has been in business for more than 75 years and works with contractors on HVAC and plumbing supply issues.
