Glastonbury, Connecticut based Gateway Financial Partners announces the acquisition ofAppleton, Wisconsin based Advisors’ Pride, a registered investment advisory firm. Advisors’ Prideadvisors have $1.3 billion in assets under management. The LPL advisors at Advisors’ Pride andGateway Financial Partners have a combined $4 billion in assets under management and $3.2billion in brokerage assets at LPL Financial.

The merging of the two firms has established an organization that now supports 170 licensed

financial advisors across 26 states, and an administrative team of 95. The firm will be co-headquartered in Glastonbury, Connecticut and Appleton, Wisconsin and will retain substantial

operations in both locations.

Gateway Financial Partners was founded in Glastonbury in 1994 by David Wood, who will remainthe Founder & Chief Visionary Officer of the firm setting the future direction of the organization byidentifying and establishing resources, technology, and strategies for current and future growth.Eric Hall has been named President of Gateway Financial Partners and will oversee all short andlong-term goals for the firm and will help shape all organizational growth efforts.
