Dave & Buster's Restaurant Chain to Hire 200+ for New Area Location

More than 200 jobs will be created in Manchester when a Dave & Buster's restaurant/bar/games store opens at the Shoppes at Buckland Hills.

The Dave & Buster’s restaurant/bar chain is looking for more than 200 employees to staff the restaurant it’s opening in the Shoppes at Buckland Hills mall in Manchester.

Job interviews will start Aug. 20 and the store is expected to open Sept. 22.

Connecticut’s first Dave & Buster’s, [...] [a] place for fun, food, drinks and games, will employ a staff of more than 200 hourly workers before opening its 26,400-square-foot location in Manchester on Sept. 22, 2014.

Dave & Buster’s will begin interviewing candidates on Aug. 20 for its new Manchester store located at the Shoppes at Buckland Hills. The company seeks servers, service support, hosts, bartenders, cooks, game technicians and promotions team members.

With massive high-definition televisions throughout the venue, there is a spot for everyone to sit back and watch their favorite sports team.

Dave & Buster’s guests can also play 140 [...] new games, including the all new Transformers Human Alliance, Batman and Mach Storm. Guests can also take the tickets they have won to the Winner’s Circle and shop for a variety of prizes, including Apple products, Xbox games, sports memorabilia, t-shirts, stuffed animals and even electric guitars.

Starting Monday, Sept. 22, the restaurant, game, sports watching and special events areas will be open seven days a week to the public. Operating hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
