Dog Park Enthusiasm

On February 28th, I really needed to get my client's puppy some exercise so I trekked out to the dog park. I was very surprised to find a few other die-hard dog owners all bundled up out there while their dogs played. It was between 3 and 4 in the pm; don't know if there are visitors at other times. The path out there was a bit treacherous, what with it being packed down and iced over, so if you head out there, tread carefully -especially if your dog pulls hard on the leash. You don't want to become airborne! The town is not responsible for "grooming" the path during the winter. But yeah that there is a dog park for those who can get there!  The dogs didn't seem phased by the cold at all, but when the temps are below freezing, you probably shouldn't let them romp more than 20 minutes. Maybe I'll see you there?
