Driver Charged in Glastonbury With Having Gun in Car

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury man is due in court on Jan. 8 to face a charge that he had a weapon in a motor vehicle, police said.

Brandon Caceres, 24, of Glastonbury, was arrested on Dec. 16, police said.

Police received an alert that a man had displayed a gun from a car in Hartford and located him in Glastonbury, according to an arrest report.

After pulling Caceres over, officers discovered a facsimile firearm and he was charged, a report indicates.
