Eversource Vegetation Work Resuming Along Glastonbury Transmission Line

GLASTONBURY, CT — Eversource is to resume vegetation management work along a transmission right-of-way in Glastonbury, with the project scheduled to continue through the end of September.
The work will involve removing vegetation that is "incompatible with the transmission system," according to the town. The work is not expected to interrupt electric service.
Crews may be working in the area Monday through Saturday, generally between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
