Local Personal Trainer Launches New fitness book shares tips for shaping up in

as little as 1.5 hours a week

Busy men and women who want to shape up but have little time to do so can now read about

how to do it quickly and effectively. America’s Fitness Coach for Busy People Joe Carabase

recently released his new book entitled The M30 Effect: Your Guide to Get the Body You Want in

Less Time, and it is now available on Amazon.

South Windsor, Connecticut (July 5, 2015) – When it comes to weight loss, time, or the lack of

it, is one of the main challenges faced by people who are trying to shed off the unwanted

pounds.

To help address this barrier, fitness expert, nutrition specialist, author and speaker Joe

Carabase recently released his new book aptly titled The M30 Effect: Your Guide to Get the

Body You Want in Less Time.

“The M30 effect refers to the impact our training systems have on people which is essentially

getting the body they want in less time,” he said. “It’s a holistic process, and that’s how the

book differs from other fitness guides in the market. It’s not just about teaching people the

workout. The M30 Effect is about getting them into the right mindset and lifestyle that will

allow them to sustain the results of their weight loss efforts.”

Carabase is known in the fitness industry as America’s Fitness Coach for Busy People. He is the

creator of the revolutionary m.e.l.t.30 Workout. m.e.l.t. is an acronym for more energy, less

time. The actual workout is a 30-minute group personal training experience targeted towards

busy people, mostly women, of all fitness levels who want to drop body fat and tone up in half

the time. It incorporates many types of fitness disciplines—strength training, power yoga,

corrective exercise, underground tactics, bodyweight conditioning, interval training, aerobics,

Olympic lifting and even self myo-fascial release—into short, effective and wholly

transformative workouts.

As the name implies, this uniquely designed fitness program has a post-workout melting

effect—an immediate surge in energy and increase in metabolic rate that will allow a person to

burn calories throughout the day.

Carabase, who recently hosted meet-and-greet events in his three m.e.l.t.30 Workout studios in

Connecticut (South Windsor, Glastonbury and Simsbury), added, “In all my years as a

professional trainer, I’ve seen many clients struggle with maintaining a fitness regimen because

of time constraints. This is why I designed the m.e.l.t.30 Workout in such a way that it works for

everyone regardless of how busy they can get—from beginners and stay-at-home moms to

weekend warriors and even professional athletes.”

Carabase’s new book also explains the m.e.l.t. Mindset which is based off the growth mindset.

It espouses that nothing is fixed and that anything can be learned or improved upon. This is

crucial for sustaining the initial results of the fitness program.

Other key components of the m.e.l.t.30 Workout are the m.e.l.t. Lifestyle, which promotes

other feel-good activities, such as travelling or volunteering, to replicate the rewarding feeling

of working out and open up the person for more growth, and the m.e.l.t. Meal Plan, which

promotes “clean eating” in a realistic and enjoyable way.

Carabase has been recognized by USA Today as one of the World’s Fitness Elite Trainers of the

Year,
and was also a Men’s Health Next Top Trainer Finalist. His work has been featured on

ESPN, Fox and NBC affiliates. He is also an accomplished author, having written and co-written

several books about his revolutionary workout.

The M30 Effect: Your Guide to Get the Body You Want in Less Time is currently available online

at Amazon. More information about the m.e.l.t.30 Workout is available online at
