Food Fight at Glastonbury McDonald's Leads To Arrests

It all started at the drive-through, police said.

GLASTONBURY — An argument in the drive-through lane of a McDonald's turned into a food fight Thursday night, leading to two arrests, police told the Hartford Courant.

Stephen J. Nardi, 52, of Lovely Street, Avon and Jocelyn L. Harrell, 38, of Wade Avenue in Bloomfield were charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. Both were released on promises to appear in Superior Court in Manchester on April 27.

According to police, the two were customers in the drive-thru lane at McDonald's, 2915 Main St., about 7:40 p.m. They argued outside of their vehicles and started throwing food at each other.
