Forest Lane In Glastonbury Closed For Emergency Culvert Replacement
A pipe failed at Roaring Brook, forcing officials in Glastonbury to close a section of Forest Lane.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Forest Lane has been temporarily closed to all traffic while town crews work to replace one of three pipes that control flow at the Roaring Brook crossing.

The road will remain closed to all traffic throughout the construction process, officials said.
While the project duration and subsequent road closure are estimated at approximately one week, the work schedule is contingent on weather conditions and brook flows, officials said.
