
GLASTONBURY, CT — Free student meals returned to the Glastonbury school system last week.
The State of Connecticut, through the federal government, began funding free school meals for all students on March 1. The meals program 2023 through the remainder of this school year.
There is no action required (no registration) to receive the free meals.

Notes About Free Meals:
- Students may receive one breakfast (where available) and one lunch per day.
- Free meals must be complete meals. If students wish to purchase only a milk, water, or snack item, they may pay cash or the system can charge student accounts.
