Glastonbury Accepting Proposals To Lease 'Farmland' And Buildings
Land in Glastonbury is available for agricultural uses.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The town of Glastonbury is accepting proposals from "qualified individuals" interested in leasing town-owned property for "agricultural purposes."
The proposals may include lease of the land or buildings with "uses consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site" being preferred, officials said.
Selected respondents will be required to enter into an agreement with the town.

Candidates would need to fill out a request for proposal form from the town website: www.glastonburyct.gov/RFP. The RFP title is “RPGL-2026-06-Farmland Ground Lease-Multiple Parcels.”
Responses must be submitted electronically through the website by 11 a.m. on Nov. 6:
