Glastonbury Affordable Housing Trust Fund Approved For State Tax Credit Program
Local businesses can receive a 60 percent state tax credit for eligible contributions to affordable housing fund.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been approved for the 2026 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program, giving local businesses an opportunity to support affordable housing initiatives while receiving a state tax credit.
The program allows eligible businesses to receive a 60 percent state tax credit for qualifying contributions to approved community programs. Glastonbury’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund has been approved to receive up to $150,000 in contributions through the program.
Businesses interested in participating can submit pledges to the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services between Sept. 15 and Oct. 1.

The required NAA-02 form will be available through the Department of Revenue Services beginning Sept. 15.
