Glastonbury Collects Votes in Initial Boys Ice Hockey Poll

The Tomahawks are looking to improve on last season's 9-12-2 overall record.

Seeking their first CIAC ice hockey championship since 2014, the Jesuits of Fairfield Prep are ranked best team in the state in a preseason poll of coaches and sports media members.

The 16-time state titlists had an off season last year, finishing 12-10 and falling to eventual champion Ridgefield in the Division I quarterfinals.

Glastonbury did not crack the top 10, but received some support from voters.
