Glastonbury Cops Nab Drug Stash During Traffic Stop

Several drugs were discovered in a woman's car in Glastonbury after a stop, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A woman is facing several drug charges after the cops discovered a stand in her car after a traffic stop, according to a report.

At 9:47 p.m. on Jan. 8, Glastonbury police pulled over a car at 95 Glastonbury Boulevard, according to a report.

A search of the vehicle yielded what police described in a report as a "large amount" of marijuana and "drug sale paraphernalia."

Police also discovered a small amount of cocaine, and the psychoactive drug MDMA in the car, according to a report.

The driver, 28-year-old Kimberly Dixon, of Bloomfield, was arrested and charged with two counts of narcotics (hallucinogens), pot possession, operating a drug factory, narcotics not in their original container, possession with the intent to sell, and possessing drug paraphernalia, according to a report.
