Glastonbury Cops Make Arrest In Fraud Case

A Hartford man was arrested Wednesday in Glastonbury on multiple fradulent finance charges, police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Hartford man was arrested Wednesday in Glastonbury on multiple fradulent finance charges, police said.

The charges against Bernard King, 28, outlined in a report, include:

  • 2 counts of thiurd-degree forgery
  • 2 counts of third-degree identity theft
  • Two counts of fith-degree larceny
  • The Fraudulent use of a credit card

The charges are related to a November incident in which King is accused of cashing checks altered from "real" checks from a Glastonbury resident, according to a report.
