Glastonbury Council Subcommittee To Review Meeting Procedures
Procedures for a segment of town council meetings in Glastonbury are under review.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A subcommittee of the Glastonbury Town Council is scheduled to meet next week to review procedural rules governing council meetings.
The council’s Rules of Procedure Subcommittee will conduct a special meeting at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, in the Town Manager’s Conference Room at Town Hall, 2155 Main St.
The primary agenda item calls for a review of the Town Council’s Rules of Procedure, focusing on protocols for appropriate discussion topics during the Town Manager’s Report portion of council meetings. The discussion is based on a legal opinion issued Jan. 22, 2026, by the town attorney.
