Glastonbury Gas Station Site Sold For $1 Million

The site of a former 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store has been sold.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The site of a former 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store in Glastonbury has been sold for $1 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The .5 acre property at 3041 Main St. was sold Tuesday.

Bidwell Associates owned the property for 45 years, and Retail Properties began leasing the space to 7-Eleven in 2000. A local investor has bought the property, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
