Glastonbury Gets Votes in Field Hockey Poll
Despite falling from the top 10, the Tomahawks still received considerable support in the most recent balloting.

For the second straight week, Enfield High School led the field as top vote-getter in the latest Connecticut field hockey coaches poll, collecting five of seven first-place ballots.
The Eagles (12-0) are the lone remaining undefeated, untied team in the state, and boast an amazing scoring margin of 61-1 over their opponents.
Greenwich (13-2) placed second in the most recent balloting, garnering two top votes.

Glastonbury (10-2-0-1) fell from the top 10, but still received considerable support from voters. The Tomahawks dropped an overtime heartbreaker to Enfield, then lost a close contest to a powerhouse team from Longmeadow, Mass.
Here are the top 10, plus all other schools receiving votes, with records through Oct. 23.
