Glastonbury Grappler Qualifies for State Open
The Tomahawks had a placewinner at the Class LL championships.

TRUMBULL, CT — A wrestler from Glastonbury High School will be competing in the State Open next weekend, following an impressive performance in the Class LL championships at Trumbull High School.
Danbury won its second straight Class LL title, and 19th overall, compiling 272.5 points to easily outdistance Xavier's 191. Newtown was third with 181.
The State Open will begin Friday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven.
