Glastonbury Hardware Store Manager Charged With Sexual Assault

A store manager in Glastonbury has been charged in a sex assault case.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The manager of a Glastonbury hardware store is facing a sexual assault charge for what a police report describes as "inappropriately touching" an employee.

William Hornyak, 58, of East Hartford, was arrested on Monday and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, police said. He is accused to touching an employee on several occasions over the course of several months, according to a report.

He posted a $20,000 bond and is due in court on March 21, according to a report.
