GLASTONBURY, CT — The manager of a Glastonbury hardware store is facing a sexual assault charge for what a police report describes as "inappropriately touching" an employee. William Hornyak, 58, of East Hartford, was arrested on Monday and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, police said. He is accused to touching an employee on several occasions over the course of several months, according to a report.
