GLASTONBURY, CT — Several homes have already changed hands in Glastonbury during the first days of March, with sales ranging from the mid-$400,000s to well above $600,000, according to listings on Zillow.

Among the early March transactions was a home at 197 Foote Road, which sold March 6 for $450,000, according to the listing data. The property includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and about 2,330 square feet of living space.

Other recent Glastonbury sales listed on the site show a wide range of property types and prices, reflecting continued demand in the suburban Hartford County market. A four-bedroom home at 344 Carriage Drive sold for $701,000, while a larger property at 47 Buckingham Drive sold for $675,000, according to Zillow records.

Real estate activity in the town spans both single-family homes and condominiums, with sales prices varying depending on location, size and amenities. Zillow listings for recent transactions show homes typically offering between three and four bedrooms and living areas ranging from roughly 2,000 to more than 3,000 square feet.

The early-March transactions come as property values in Glastonbury remain relatively strong. Zillow estimates the average home value in Glastonbury at about $525,000, an increase of roughly 5 percent to 6 percent over the past year, Zillow says.
