Glastonbury Junior Girls Among Lacrosse Teams at Halloween Jamboree
Ellington, Vernon, Glastonbury, Somers and Tolland played fall lacrosse games on Saturdays in Somers leading up to the jamboree.
SOMERS, CT — It was part costume party, part sporting event as five junior teams in the Connecticut Valley Youth Girls Lacrosse eastern section met on Saturday for the annual fall jamboree at the Firehouse Field complex in Somers.
Ellington, Vernon, Glastonbury, Somers and Tolland played fall games on Saturdays in Somers leading up to the jamboree.
Players dressed up for Halloween and the games. Glastonbury went with a "Walking Dead" type theme.
