Glastonbury Man Charged in Tire Deflating Scheme
The man posted a $10,000 bond, court records indicate.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury man is accused of puncturing tires of one person's vehicle on two separate occasions, police said.
The man, Richard Borbely, 49, of Whitney Lane, Glastonbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment and one count each of second- and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
He punctured the tires in an effort to set up slow leaks, police said.

He is scheduled to appear in court for the second time on March 28 after posting a $10,000 bond, court records indicate.
