Glastonbury Man Issued Summons for Firing Flare Gun

A Glastonbury man is facing a reckless endangerment charge after firing a flare gun in a condominium compile.
John Lacy was arrested after he fired one shot in the air out of his flare gun in the Milestone Commons condominium complex, according to a Glastonbury Police press release.
Lacy, 58, of 39 Parker Terr., was issued a misdemeanor summons for the incident that occurred at 11 p.m. on June 29, according to a Glastonbury Police press release.

He was released on a written promise to appear July 15 in state Superior Court in Manchester.
