Glastonbury Man Tried to Get Nude Photos of Girls: Warrant

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 21-year-old Glastonbury man has been charged with seven crimes for allegedly trying to obtain nude images of underage girls, police said.

Nicholas Cusimano was arrested on Aug. 2, police said. He was being investigated after police received a complaint on April 15 about a man trying to obtain naked photos of girls. Police were told the man also "forced himself" onto one of the girls, according to a report.

Cusimano was charged with promoting a minor in an obscene performance, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, a single count of fourth-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a child, a report indicates. He is due in court on Aug. 15 with a $10,000 bond in the balance.

A police report did outline the ages of the girls nor did it mention how many girls were involved.
