GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury's housing market showed movement across several price points in March 2026, with recently sold Zillow listings showing deals from a $400,000 townhouse to an $860,000 single-family home. The sales, reported in Glastonbury, included condos, smaller homes and larger four-bedroom properties.

Among the higher-priced closings, a four-bedroom home at 64 Foote Road sold for $750,000 on March 13. A four-bedroom property at 168 Fern Street sold for $860,000 on March 6. Another larger home, 354 Wickham Road, brought $565,000 on March 12, according to the listings.

Attached housing also recorded sales early in the month. A townhouse unit at 81 Hollister Way North #81 sold for $400,000 on March 3. A condo at 95 South Mill Drive #95 closed for $510,000 on March 2.
