Glastonbury Obituary: Jeanne Buccheri, 88

Jeanne (Schiebel) Buccheri, 88, of Glastonbury, wife for 65 years to Vincent W. Buccheri, died Thursday February 16, 2017 at the Glastonbury Health Care Center.

Born Sept. 30, 1928 in New York City, daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Barton) Schiebel, she had lived in Glastonbury since 1961.

Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Kathleen Buccheri, Michelle and Kent Cavanaugh, Lisa and Michael Patenaude all of Glastonbury and four grandchildren, Kacey Cavanaugh, Neal Cavanaugh and his wife Kali, Meredith and Mary Patenaude.

The family would like to thank the staff at Avery Heights, Glastonbury Health Care Center and the Athena Hospice team for their care and compassion shown to their mother.

Funeral service will be Wednesday Feb. 22 at 11am in the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
