
Laura Weir Finocche, 61, of East Glastonbury, beloved wife of Charles “Biff” Finocche, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at home surrounded by her family after a short illness.
She was born November 15, 1954 in Hartford, daughter of the late Ernest N. and Joan (Hellstrom) Weir, she was a lifelong resident of East Glastonbury.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son Wesley B. Finocche of Maine, a step-daughter Melissa Ripley of Melrose, MA, a step-son Emmett Finocche of Watertown, MA, her six brothers and sister and their spouses, Leverett and Lynn Weir of Hebron, John and Becky Weir of East Hampton, Ernest Weir , Lance Weir , Edmund and Lee Weir , Suzanne Weir , Dale and Ann Marie Weir, all of Glastonbury, 4 grandchildren, Lukas, Zoe, Allison and Jack. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, Diane Lingner, Ruby Palazzi, Donna Claus, Ted and Bev, Rob and Ginny Hellstrom and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.

Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on September 10th from 9:00 am until 11:30am followed by remembrances at 11:30am.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous GSO, Masonic Temple, Meriden, CT. 06450.
