Glastonbury Obituary: Stanley Goldberg, 70

Stanley Goldberg, 70 years of age passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017.

Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Phillip R and Rhoda ( Marholin) Goldberg. Stan was a graduate of Glastonbury H.S and the University of Hartford, where he earned degrees in Accounting & Computer Science. He enjoyed a long career as a programmer at the Hartford Insurance Group. He loved playing tennis, and was a devoted son, spending a lot of time with his parents.

Stanley is survived by his brother, Gerald M Goldberg of Glastonbury; his niece, Allison Goldberg and her two children, Ishaia and Asa.

Funeral services will be held in the Congregation Beth Israel Cemetery, 51 Jackson Street Ext, Avon, on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 1:30 pm with Rabbi Andi Fliegel officiating.
