A 54-year-old East Hampton surrendered on July 1 to Glastonbury Police who had an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree failure to appear in court.Biagino Attardo, 54, of 41 Lake Dr. East Hampton, originally was charged with evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and following too closely by Connecticut State Police Troop H. Biagino is accused of failing to appear in court on June 30 for those charges.Biagino posted a $20,000 surety bond and was released from custody.
