Glastonbury Police Blotter: June 8 - June 12
Glastonbury arrests from June 8 through June 12.

Glastonbury police released the following information on arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not indicate a conviction.
June 9
Christopher E. Gallagher, 24, of 19 Orchard Lane, Glastonbury, was arrested on a charge of permitting minors to possess alcohol after police responded to a report of a loud party at his address at 12:52 a.m. At the party, officers discovered minors had been consuming alcohol. He was released on a written promise to appear in court on July 15.
June 8
Police responded to Cotton Hollow at 3:36 p.m. for a report of unsafe swimming conditions. Officers located several individuals in possession of alcoholic beverages. Because they were out-of-state residents they were brought to the Glastonbury Police Deparmtent and were each charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and released on $136 bonds. The following individuals were charged:
- A 16-year-old female from West Greenwich, RI
- Spencer Seitz Jr., 20, of 116 Ridge Drive, Exeter, RI
- Nicholas Paquette, 20, of 124 Muddy Brook Road, West Greenwich, RI
- A 16-year-old female from West Greenwich, RI
Jay J. Pare, 40, of 10 Sioux Road, East Hartford, was arrested on charges of sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia after an employee oaf Barnes and Noble reported a male had shoplifted several items. Officers stopped Pare in the Hallmark store, where he admitted trying to take several items before being confronted by store employees. He was also found to be in possession of a syringe and a pipe used to smoke cocaine. He was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is due in court on June 26.
