Glastonbury Police Charge Woman with Credit Card Theft
The charges stem from an incident last summer.

A woman has been arrested by Glastonbury Police she stole a credit card and then used it.
Police charged Selma Bassow, 48, of Hartford, with sixth-degree larceny, two counts of criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and credit card theft in connection with a July 2014 incident, according to a WTNH report.
