Glastonbury Police Chief to Retire After Forwarding Emails Containing Photos of Nude Women: UPDATE

He was being scrutinized over e-mails.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Gastonbury police Chief David A. Caron is retiring after 40 years on the force.

According to the Hartford Courant, the 62-year-old Caron was being scrutinized over what some interpreted as inappropriate e-mails. Fox 61 reports that the chief sent nude photographs of women from his town email account.

The chief said he didn't remember forwarding the emails but he didn't deny that he sent them, according to media reports.
