Glastonbury Police Investigating Claims Of Animal Abuse
Glastonbury police are investigating a video showing a dog getting beaten up purportedly at a local residence.

GLASTONBURY, CT — Glastonbury police are investigating claims of animal abuse at a local residence.
Police acknowledged the investigation Thursday after an animal advocacy group, during the early morning hours, posted a video showing a man severely disciplining a dog while family members fled the room and another dog tried to stop him.
The implication was the video was pilfered from the man's social media content, which is now claimed to have been removed.
