Glastonbury Real Estate Market Shows Continued Sales Through Early January
Recent home sales in Glastonbury show a wide range of properties sold through early 2026, from modest condos to million-dollar residences.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A steady stream of residential properties sold in Glastonbury in recent weeks, with a mix of smaller homes, single-family residences and larger properties closing through early January, according to recently posted transaction data on Zillow.
Sales included properties across a broad price range and varied home sizes. On Jan. 15, a six-bedroom, two-bath home at 12 Addison Road sold for $552,000, while a 1,080-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath residence at 55 Woodbridge Road was reported sold on Jan. 13 for $400,000.
Smaller and more modest units also moved, including a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 85 Oxbow Drive Apt. C7 that sold Jan. 12 for $215,000, and a 948-square-foot, two-bed, one-bath home at 2085 Manchester Road that sold Jan. 15 for $345,000.

Several larger and higher-end properties were also reported sold. A 5-bed, 6-bath home at 28 Lazy Valley Road fetched $1.33 million on Jan. 13, and a four-bedroom, three-bath residence at 186 Williams Street East was reported sold Jan. 12 for $685,000.
Other recent sales included a four-bed, three-bath home at 366 Woodhaven Road that sold Jan. 9 for $750,000, and a three-bedroom, three-bath unit at 9 Tryon Farm Road sold Jan. 9 for $810,000.
