Glastonbury Resident Charged for Swearing at Runners

The incident took place last month.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A local man is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge for allegedly screaming profanities at passing runners last month.

Rochard Borbley, 49, of Glastonbury, was arrested on Aug. 2 on a warrant and is due in court on Aug. 16, police said.

He has posted a $2,500 bond in the case, police said.
