Glastonbury Restaurant Owner Accused of Sexually Assaulting Passed Out Woman
A Glastonbury restaurant owner was charged with sexual assault on Friday.

GLASTONBURY, CT — The owner of a local restaurant is accused of inviting a woman back to the establishment and sexually assaulting her while she was passed out, police said.
Julian Rodriguez, 38, the owner of Jalisco Mexican Grill and Cantina in Glastonbury, was arrested on a warrant Friday, police said.
He has been charged with first-degree sexual assault, police said.

He is accused of inviting a woman back to the restaurant, which he owns, and sexually assaulting her while she was :"unconscious" because of intoxication, police said.
He posted a $50,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 27, police said.
